Park Poétik
Park Poétik transforms the streets, squares and parks of Forest and Saint-Gilles into creative grounds throughout the summer.
This urban and participatory festival offers free workshops, shows, concerts, performances, artistic installations and imagined meetings with the inhabitants.
On 29 July, the Tram Poétik will leave from Square Jordens to reach Bethlehem Square. Children will be able to make their costumes in the morning, before taking part in a travelling performance in the afternoon.
Several Mini Fiestas will then be organised in August, notably in Place Bethléem and in the Parc de Forest. On the program: creative workshops, music, dance, theater, bamboo constructions and participatory performances.
The artistic summer will end on September 5 with a large parade between the Marais WIELS and the Parc de Forest.
The meetings are free and accessible to all ages. Some events invite families to bring their picnic and drinks.
