With Ballet of Lights: Peter Pan revisited, six dancers dressed in luminous costumes
bring J.M. Barrie’s famous tale back to life. Classical dance meets light, colour and modern technologies for a visual, poetic show that is accessible to the whole family.
Peter Pan, Wendy and Tinkerbell take you to Neverland,
in a staging where each movement leaves trails of light behind it. An experience that is both magical and contemporary, to be discovered at the Espace Lumen.

The team’s opinion
A luminous ballet that gives new life to Peter Pan: it is a dance performance, a tale and a visual experience at the same time.
We particularly like the way the light effects extend the dancers’ movements: the jumps, turns and lifts leave real coloured traces in the air, which fascinates children and adults alike.
It’s an excellent idea for an outing for a first “big show” with children from 5 years old!

- AGE : from 5 years old. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- DURATION : about 1 hour of show. Doors open 30 minutes before; Late arrivals are not permitted.
- LOCATION : Espace Lumen. Chaussée de Boondael 36, 1050 Ixelles.
- OPENING HOURS : Evening hours (19:00 or 21:00 depending on the performance) – to be chosen in the booking module.
- ACCESSIBILITY : place accessible to people with reduced mobility.
- SEATING : seats are assigned in order of arrival in the reserved category (Category A in front of the floor, B in the middle, C in the back, balcony, etc.). We recommend arriving early.

The duration is approximately 1 hour. Remember to arrive at least 30 minutes before: doors close on time and late arrivals are not allowed.
Seats are allocated according to the reserved category (A, B, C, balcony) and the order of arrival in the room. The earlier you arrive, the more choices you have in your category.
The atmosphere is above all magical and adventurous, with light, color, and some more intense moments related to the tale of Peter Pan. Nothing really scary, but some paintings can impress the most sensitive.
Yes, PRM access is provided within the limit of available places. We advise you to report this before the show.
Ask at the entrance: in general, photos and videos are forbidden during the performance so as not to disturb the artists or other spectators.

A little further on, a very pretty set of ponds, trees and paths that leads to the Abbey of La Cambre. A pleasant walk to do during the day before your evening show.
AVENUE LOUISE & PLACE FLAGEY:
By transport or a short walk, you can reach two of the liveliest places in Brussels: shopping on Avenue Louise, waffles and ice creams around Place Flagey, with a view of the ponds. Ideal to complete a family outing.
