April 15 to 25, 2026
A great cultural outing
For children from 4 months to 12 years old

From 15 to 25 April 2026, the Mini D Festival returns to Brussels for its 9th edition. For ten days, the festival offers 9 dance and circus shows for young audiences, in several Brussels venues, with a programme that ranges from toddlers to adults.

What makes the Mini D Festival interesting is its ability to offer very different formats depending on the age of the children. Some creations are aimed at babies, others at primary school children, with visual, rhythmic or more acrobatic shows. The festival takes place at the Marni, the Théâtre Mercelis, the Senghor, the Jacques Franck Cultural Centre, Charleroi danse / La Raffinerie, the Maison des Cultures et de la Cohésion Sociale de Molenbeek, La Vénerie / Espace Delvaux and also in the open air on Place Fernand Cocq.

Among the events to spot, Jitter is announced for free in the open air on April 18 at 3 p.m . on the Place Fernand Cocq. On April 19, L’ilôt Marmots is scheduled at the Théâtre Mercelis for 0-2 year olds. On April 22nd, Be The Rhythmis announced at the Marni for 7-11 year olds. And on April 25th, Antes de… closes the festival at La Vénerie / Espace Delvaux, with a proposal accessible from 2 years old.

The Mini D Festival is a great idea for families who want something other than a formatted show. The program is short, readable, and allows you to choose a date according to the age of the children or the neighborhood.
